STARWAY GROUP Of COMPANIES (SGOC) is committed to implementing and maintaining a Quality management system to meet or exceed our customer expectations.
The Quality Management System will be integrated within SGOC’s business processes.

Our Objectives

• We are committed to provide quality products, services to meet customer requirements and pursue customer satisfaction as our prime goal
• Provide necessary training and resources to establish, implement and maintain a Quality Management System to accomplish our vision
• To engender a positive commitment to quality and create an environment of teamwork and cooperation that enables staff to work effectively
• To continually strive to improve our performance through analysis and continuous improvement of business process
• We review the effectiveness of the quality management system and assessing opportunities for its continual improvement through feedback from our customers;
• The quality management system will be monitored, measured, evaluated and enhanced regularly with regular reporting and communication of the status and effectiveness at all levels.

Quality is the responsibility of all SGOC’s employees, contractors and they have a responsibility and obligation through active participation and co-operation.
